Fountaine Pajot Antigua 37 Cruising Catamaran for sale location: Dominican Republic

S/V Cats Pause is a Fountaine Pajot Antigua 37, a well-kept maintenance Class A Open Ocean Vessel, which is available for sale after many years of enjoyment in the islands of the Caribbean. This nice looking cat is now berthed in Boca Chica in the Dominican Republic. Boca Chica is on the south shore, in the best catamaran cruising grounds in the world. ( just 300 miles from BVI and USVI).

This is a rare opportunity to own a good boat, built with French standards of FP and always well maintained with the Up - grade of the moment. The current owner, a ronowned architect in DR and great lover of sailing, has owned the boat for 15 years. He is now looking for a smaller, daysail coastal multihull, also singlehanded. For this reasons he has decided to offer S/V Cat's Pause at an attractive price.

This boat has great potential for private charters with 3 cabins for guests and a bathroom, as well as the master stateroom with a 2nd head. This would also work well for a 5 members family. In 2010 and again in 2012/13 this catamaran was the sponsor-boat of the Hispaniola, around DR. event . At that time she was totally rebuild for the event.

ACCOMMODATIONS & LAYOUT: (Charter Model) .Sleeps 8 persons in 4 staterooms. The master stateroom is aft with head and double bed. There are 3 guest staterooms including 1 guest head and 1 guest shower. Note also the following features: 6’3 headroom; helm seat, sliding door between the cabin and cockpit, with large wraparound windshield and plenty of windows creating tons of light inside. The nav station is located in the starboard hull.
