| The S/V Lauren Grace is a Knysna 440 cruising
catamaran built in South Africa in 2004 for the present owner.
She has never been
chartered or damaged and is easily handled by a couple. This Angelos Lavranos
designed catamaran is made of modern fiberglass/epoxy
construction over Airex foam core. Airex foam core was chosen as
it will not rot and has superior strength. As an added bonus,
this boat can not sink. Yanmar engines run smooth and there is fuel on board to motor 1,500
nm. We find her to be a safe, spacious, comfortable cruising home which has been perfect for
