1989 affordable fast
cruising 31' boat designed by famous Erik Lerouge. Decks have heavy
duty nonskid coating, fore and aft aluminum beam with forward netting in very good condition.
Mast is single spreader with 2 roller furling systems, one for the 110% jib and one for the cruising gennaker. Three reef system all controlled from cockpit. Also 4 self tailing winches.
Full batten big roach main built by incidences. A recent inspection is available and indicated "At haul out bottom visual inspection reveals apparent general good condition of the bottom and appendages. All crossbars were visually inspected and no signs of important stress were noted. Owner advised that vessel has been recently hauled out and bottom paint applied (July/2011), also no blisters/osmosis related problems observed while hauled out." This boat is in good shape and priced to sell quickly. |
