Solaris 36 Sunstar Catamarans For Sale

The Sunstar 36 was designed by French performance designer Eric Larouge. His various designs, such as the Azuli and Freydis, are known as performance bluewater cruisers. The Sunstars have thousands of bluewater miles under their keels. The Sunstar 36 is easy to confuse with the older Sunstream 36 but is a totally different design. This cat is often referred to as a smaller Manta 38 or Lagoon 37.

This model is solid glass below the waterline with foam cored topsides and balsa/foam cored decks. With ample bridgedeck clearance and the curved underside of the bridgedeck, pounding is a rarity. The trampolines forward and aft keep the weight centered and pitching is minimized.
