S/V Magic is a 2015 Fountaine Pajot Helia 44 Catamaran for sale by owner. Helia 44 is a sought after Catamaran and is one of Fountaine Pajot’s most popular models. She has a powerful sail plan and very well distributed load. She is well kept and has never been in a Hurricane. The Helia 44 catamaran benefits from the yard’s 30 years experience in building safe, seaworthy and comfortable cruising catamarans. The Helia 44 catamaran features many innovations and upgrades over her predecessor.

The Hélia 44 was designed by naval architects Berret Racoupeau and the Fountaine Pajot design office and replaced the Orana 44. Her majestic lines, sleek horizontal styling, and flush solar panels deliver top performance under sail with innovative living areas.

The helm station is comfortable with lot of space and allows easy communication with passengers seated in the cockpit as well as those lounging on the roof sunbathing areas. All lines run directly back to the helm and can be used with the Electric winch. The galley is spacious with U shaped kitchen with plenty of refrigeration and counter space. All 4 cabins have island type beds and all four heads have separate shower. No wet heads.

Comes equipped with galley equipment, linens, 2 SUP, spares,and some tools. Has 400W solar panels. Plans are for solar upgrade this winter with potential for 1.8KW on a arch.
