S/V Aireze is a Florida-based 1999 Gemini 105M catamaran for sale by owner. The Gemini 105 was designed to be affordable, compact, relatively easy vessels for sailors new to catamarans. It is one of the most popular catamaran designs ever built with over 1,200 hulls constructed.
S/V Aireze is easy to handle and well equipped with a new Raymarine Autopilot, Lewmar electric windlass, new electric head, lazy jacks, 2-100 watt solar panels, new Garmin 9″ touch screen, new dingy, all new rigging and lines installed 2016, new water heater, new alternator, 100 hour tune up completed with new belts and filters. She has an updated Isotherm refrigerator (no need for propane, as originally).
The interior has been updated with privacy curtains installed. The helm and main berth windshields were replaced 3 years ago for great visibility. She has a Icom 25w VHS, new music radio with bluetooth. New bilge pumps recently installed.
I have owned her since 2016 and maintained her on a regular basis with lots of current updated equipment.
She burns around 1 gallon per hour with a 2005 Westerbeke engine and a new original equipment saildrive installed 2017. There are 3 new AGM group 31 batteries.
Aireze is an awesome boat, easy to sail with lots of room to entertain your friends. Aireze has been in the following boat parades: Boca Raton, Pompano Beach and this year for the first time proud to be in the Winterfest in Ft. Lauderdale.
