S/V Mohini is a two owner, never chartered 40 ft., South African built, Island Spirit 401. This is an Owner’s Version with a Queen sized bed and large master bathroom with separate shower in the Stbd hull.

The Island Spirit 401 offers a fantastic layout, with a very spacious galley/saloon area, comparable to boats much larger. Included are 1630 watts of Solar Panels, all new Standing rigging, Hard Bimini and full Cockpit enclosure and inverter as well as a 2nd Fridge. She offers beautiful living space and large galley-up, comfortable salon, and settee area.

Her original owners sailed her across the Atlantic to her home in Florida, and then twice each way through the Panama canal to the Pacific and French Polynesia. She’s seen the Caribbean chain more than once and can safely cross blue water. She’s been steadily maintained and shows well. Her list of included items such as generator, large capacity watermaker, air conditioning etc., make her a very comfortable and livable boat.

The current owners would be happy to share their experience and knowledge of S/V Mohini and sailing in general to her new owners so they can quickly learn how to get the most out of this comfortable, safe, and reliable catamaran.

A viewing day of June 9th has been arranged in St Maarten at a local marina. Accommodation is available nearby, and flights are running daily. Post purchase delivery as far as Grenada or Florida can be arranged.
