S/V Lady Ida II, is a 2011 Lagoon 400 catamaran for sale by owner. Our catamaran is available for immediate sale or rental in the Caribbean (min two weeks) with option to buy it during the rental period. Weekly rental price to be taken into the purchase price if the boat is bought. Available with skipper if needed. Embarkation or survey possible in Antigua or as agreed.

A great way to get familiar with the boat and live-aboard style and a perfect catamaran for a couple or a family. If you are new to sailing and/or lack experience we can provide skipper training, duration depending on your skills to become more confident in terms of sailing, docking, anchoring, boat maintenance, coastal and offshore navigation.

This catamaran for sale by owner is a 4 cabin, 4 heads version, which has not been hurricane damaged (not an Irma boat). She is perfect for coastal and ocean sailing, and self-sufficient while anchored for longer periods. The most spacious of 40 ft cat on the market, standing head room of 7 ft throughout the boat!

The saloon and galley are large enough for anyone’s needs. The windows that wrap around the bridge deck saloon are vertical rather than sloped-the signature Lagoon look-to better shade the interior and boost headroom over the settee and nav-station areas.

In the Galley is a Force 10 3-burner LPG Stove with separate oven with 2 stainless steel sinks, Corian counter tops and updated refrigerator and separate freezer. All of your kitchenware should easily in the dedicated galley space and the slide out pantry is great for food. Under the settee stowage is for long term foodstuffs so people can provision easily for 8 weeks or more.

Easy to maneuver single handed. To run the boat, a dedicated steering and control station rests above and to port that can be effectively enclosed with zippered a zippered enclosure in foul weather. Helm station has engine throttle controls, engine control panels, compass, area for electronic equipment, leather covered steering wheel with brake, double helm seat with cushions, access steps from cockpit with s/s handrail, line storage bag. Steps to the station from the cockpit are flanked by all kinds of good grab bars.

Recently installed complete new solar system, with 560 W solar panels above davits, Victron controller MPPT 100/50 and a Victron 702 Battery monitor. Also new batteries, alternator with a smart regulator replacing generator, and water-maker installation.

New antifouling 2020, all new mattresses & covers. The boat has new sails, new ropes, new Raymarine instruments, new life raft, AIS, new hypalon Highfield 3.4m dinghy with 18 hp outboard, cushioned seating areas, shades and much more, most from 2018 and 2019. Ready to liveaboard & sail!

Currently located in Grenada (5 days land quarantine required) or can be met at other island, that is easier accessible, e.g. St. Lucia, Antigua, USVI or any French territory island, such as Martinique.
