S/V No Plans Just Options is a Hilton Head, South Carolina based 2010 Lagoon 400 Catamaran For Sale By Owner
This Boat Owner requires financial settlement only ... trades will not be considered!

S/V “No Plans Just Options” is our beautifully maintained 2010 Lagoon4 00 catamaran. Currently in South Carolina, we purchased her in Croatia 4 years ago. Since then, she has taken us into beautiful anchorages in Europe and across the Atlantic, into the Caribbean and USA while we lived aboard.

This is a proven bluewater cruising catamaran, as she was prepared to set sail for the Pacific in March before we returned urgently to Australia. Lovingly cared for, we are only her second owners and she’s never been chartered. She spent the first part of her life cruising the Mediterranean until we sailed her to the Caribbean in late 2018. This boat has never been anywhere near a hurricane or named storm.

As a Lagoon 400, she offers enormous space for her size with 4 cabins, 3 heads and even a laundry. She’s safely carried our family across oceans and into beautiful towns and bays in Europe, the Caribbean and East Coast USA for over 4 years. We’ve maintained, added and enhanced features such as 950w of solar, a Shencker water maker, 7kg washing machine, new standing rigging, new interior and exterior upholstery plus graphite colour sail bag and cockpit covers clears plus a substantial hard bottom tender with 20hp Honda outboard.

The Lagoon 400 model is the largest of 40 foot catamarans available on the market, and has the space of a 60 foot monohull. The windows that wrap around the bridgedeck saloon are vertical rather than sloped-the signature Lagoon look-to better shade the interior and boost headroom over the settee and nav-station areas. Headroom in the boat is 7′ 0″!!

The saloon and galley are large enough for anyone’s needs. All of your kitchenware should easily in the dedicated galley space and the slide out pantry is great for food. Under the settee stowage is for long term foodstuffs so people can provision easily for 8 weeks or more.

From stems to sterns, the Lagoon is about ease of use. Up front, large lockers flank a windlass and channel that directs chain to an anchor set to deploy on the bow. And once the boat’s anchored, a dinghy can slide up from aft, nest between the hulls, and disembark passengers on transoms that are cutaway inboard and provided with a sturdy handhold. When boarding from the dock, passengers can use the step set into each hulls’ exterior. The port and starboard transoms have aft swim platforms. The platform has a FRP deck.

Already fully equipped and bluewater proven for living off the grid, she comes with all the safety equipment and sails you could wish for including gennaker and asymmetric spinnaker to make downwind sailing exciting yet comfortable. This is a boat you can both trust and be proud of.

We are committed to selling her to someone who will love and value her as much as we do.
