S/V Nomad is a Annapolis, MD based 2010 Lagoon 421 Catamaran For Sale By Owner
This catamaran owner requires financial settlement only. Trades will not be considered.

S/V Nomad is a 2010 Lagoon 421 Owners version (3 berths, 3 heads, 3 showers) in excellent condition that has been meticulously maintained. She has been well loved, privately owned and operated, never chartered and never in the area of a major storm or hurricane.

This Lagoon 421 is one foot longer than the boat she replaces, the Lagoon 420. Other improvements made this a completely new model. Bows are now vertical and transom skirts are much wider. The hard bimini top extends the boat’s living space from the saloon right into the cockpit.

She features a dedicated owner’s suite in the port hull that includes queen berth, sofa, optional wall cabinetry, spacious bathroom with separate shower and en-suite Splendide 2100XC washing machine. 2 guests cabins are in the starboard hull each with their own shower and toilet.

All the spaces are modern, light and well ventilated. The raised helm station is covered by fixed bimini The cockpit can be turned either into the dining area or lounge because it is equipped with a convertible table. Well lit interiors is the Lagoon trademark and S/V Nomad won’t disappoint as there are large vertical windows in the saloon as well as large sunlight windows in the cabins. Natural ventilation of all interior spaces is provided by large and convenient opening hatches. Wide side decks, as well as the aft deck, provide easy and safe walking all around this Cat.

The Lagoon 421 Bridgedeck is gullwing-shaped which brings additional comfort when sailing on the waves. Almost all mentioned above brings improved comfort and elegance, which was, in fact, the point of redesigning the previous model. I think it completely fulfilled its purpose.

The Lagoon 421 has solid fiberglass hulls below the waterline (no balsa or foam core). She is designed for long distance sailing in all weather and is already equipped for crossing oceans, with Spectra Catalina Mark II 12 gph Watermaker, 705 watts of solar , Westerbeke generator and even  a Splendide 2100XC Washer/Dryer.

Equipped with 2 Yanmar 30HP diesel engines, 3 Helm electric Winches, Cockpit fridge, and a new AB 10.5 dinghy, she is available May 2021 Annapolis, MD
