This catamaran owner requires financial settlement only. Trades will not be considered.

S/V Nana is a Caribbean based 2012 Lagoon 500 Catamaran For Sale By Owner. She is an Owners Version and has the most sought after 4 cabin layout which has a very large “master cabin” starboard aft, but still has a nice double cabin starboard forward with its own ensuite. This makes her ideal for private owner use, for a larger family that needs four cabins, or for luxury crewed charter. She has been lovingly cared for and has low hours on all of her systems as she was never a “burn and churn” bareboat.

The luxury Lagoon 500 offers an elegant aft cockpit for lounging and alfresco dining. In many ways the cockpit seems like an extension of the saloon as it is accessed by a huge glass sliding door which when opened makes the salon and cockpit one giant space. There is also a wet bar to port, just before you enter the saloon.

She is one of the last Lagoon 500 that was ever built and was commissioned in 2012. She has spent her life in the Caribbean. Over the last couple of years it was owned by a couple who cruised the Caribbean. The previous owner used to occasionally operate limited basis luxury crewed charters with a professional captain and crew onboard. She has been lovingly cared for and has low hours on all of her systems as she was never a “burn and churn” bareboat.

The main saloon, located on the bridgedeck between the hulls, offers a huge Salon area! The space is divided conveniently into the separate areas of galley, dining and helm station – without the need for partitions or walls. A dining setting is on the starboard side complete with a ‘four-leaf ’ table which unfolded to easily accommodate 8 – 10 seated guests. when this table is folded up it will then lower and transform into a most congenial ‘coffee table’ setting.

Her inventory and equipment are second to none, she has all of the luxury appointments you would expect to find on a luxury catamaran including a stove with new oven (2021), two 26-gallon refrigerators (100 Litres) Two 26-gallon freezers (100 Litres), a Microwave oven, 60 GPH Sea Recovery Aquamatic water maker with automatic flush, a Dishwasher, Miele washing machine (new 2021), and even a large automatic Ice maker. Our boat maintenance is ongoing and in 2021 we’ve updated the fly bridge enclosure, installed new engine batteries, and the sails have been reconditioned, including new UV strips.

She’s a turn key cat with no damage history and ready to work in luxury charter or to sailed off to your new adventures and around the world.

Her inventory and equipment are second to none, she has all of the luxury appointments you would expect to find on a luxury catamaran.

The boat is currently in Marigot, Saint Martin and heading to Fajardo, Puerto Rico in a couple of weeks.. We are happy to move the boat to wherever potential buyers are located or can come to view the boat.
