S/V Plane Nauti is a 2015 Leopard 44 catamaran, for sale by owner.
I have decided to sell my 2015 Leopard 44, located in Grenada at the La Phare Bleu marina. I am the second owner of this boat that I purchased in January of 2017. This has been my home and I have taken great care of it. It will be ready to just take off on your new adventures as the boat is serviced and and ready to go. With many in factory upgrades and after-market upgrades, she is in great shape.
The Leopard 44 was named “Boat of the year” when it was introduced in 2011. The judges were raving over the speed on the water, easy handling and the revolutionary “forward cockpit.” The perfect balance of comfort, luxury and performance the L44 is the perfect live aboard solution. The 3-cabin layout features an owner-dedicated starboard hull with master stateroom, extra storage, and large head with separate stall shower. I had planned to stay and live on this boat for a long time, however recent family issues have lead me in a different direction.
The desk area on the starboard side has been replaced with extra storage cabinets, for folded and hanging clothes. The staterooms aft on both sides have custom mattresses and I use some regular sheets and custom sheets. I have converted all the heads in the boat to fresh water flushing. I have had the cushions recovered in the main salon. The bilge light on the electric panel only showed a pump on. I have mounted small lights on the panel so I know which pump is on. On the back deck table I have replaced the table top with a custom table top. There also will be included a Dometic cooler on the back deck that is wired to 12vDC. My water maker is the “Rainman” portable unit that has two membranes.
I have lived on this boat for over 6 years and will include many extra filters, oil, fuel and water, zinks as well. I also have 5 jerry cans, 1 for gas and 4 for diesel. I have a satellite dish on top that has a StarLink antenna in it. The antenna is yet to be determined if it will stay or not. The boat is inner-coastal ready. Mast is 64’.
