S/V Privilege IV is a 1993 Privilege 482 Catamaran for sale by owner with 4 cabins and 3 heads. The Privilege 482 is known for strength, stability, and sailing performance, not to mention its luxurious interior.
The Starboard hull has a Master cabin with approximately a queen size bed. The head has one separate toilet, 2 sinks and one shower. There is a library.
The Salon area has a seating area with two tables. A cabin that has larger bed and space for storage such as diving tanks, tools etc. Or a small child could sleep in that additional “bed”.
The Port hull has guest quarters. There is a cabin and head with a separate door from the cabin. The head consists of toilet and sink which can be used as a shower too. The galley is next and has one gas oven with 4 burners–lots of cabinet space and lots of teak wood panels. A second guest cabin is next with a head next to it (divided with a separate door) which has a toilet, sink and separate shower.
The Privilege 482 is an updated version of the 48 and at the time was one of the most luxurious catamarans in production. Mast height and sail area had been increased and backstays eliminated resulting in a boat that performs better and is easier to sail.
Privilege IV is a US Coast Guard Documented Vessel.
