Growing up in Maryland I went to Calvert Hall for High School and then matriculated over to Towson University for my undergrad. After gaining my degree, it was off to Florida seeking the sun and the sea!While living in Jacksonville Beach, my wife & I set our sights on traveling to the Caribbean islands. Having had my origins in Maryland and sailing on the Chesapeake Bay we began a dream that now living in Florida I was finally able to realize. We bought a 38 foot sailboat at the age of 26!Living aboard for over 6 years, we traveled back and forth between Georgetown in the Bahamas and St Petersburg, FL. We nurtured both a love for boats and for the water, only stepping away from the boating life as we grew our young family. I’ve now found a way to share my passion for boats and the freedom that they can provide.Helping new and seasoned boaters find their way onto the water, in order to throw off the dock lines and explore the world!
