In addition to his commercial leadership, Stephen is actively involved in supporting the wider marine community in the British Virgin Islands. He serves as Commodore of the West End Yacht Club and as Education Director at the Marine Association of the BVI, reflecting his commitment to industry development, maritime education, and creating stronger opportunities within the regional marine sector.
