S/V Endless Summer is a 2005 Admiral 38 Executive catamaran, for sale by owner. She is a broad beam owners version catamaran designed by Angelo Levranos and built in Cape Town to contend with the trying local conditions, and thus suitable to go anywhere with the additional comfort and stability of a 7.3 meter beam.

Like most South African Catamarans, she is sturdily built. She sails well and has never been chartered. On performance, this catamaran is an easy sail , she tacks without backing , turns very tight, and sails at 60 to 70% of wind speed in light winds. She is easy to control, as main sheet and mainsail traveler lines run to one of the winches located at the steering station.

The Admiral 38 (Executive Owner’s version) offers 3 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with electric toilets , and additional extensive entertainment areas on aft and fore decks. There is a large bathroom with toilet, shower and sink in starboard hull and 2 double berths with head and shower and sink in port hull.

The galley is “galley up” with oven, large deep freeze, refrigerator, etc, and an 6 seat dining table in the saloon. She is luxuriously fitted out, and being wide of the beam, offers excellent accommodation. The spacious elegant saloon with 6ft 4 inches of headroom rivals any Catamaran in her class. She is ready to sail and perfectly fitted out for the Live Aboard Cruiser…. as you would expect, as we are currently cruising!!

Endless Summer has had 1 owner prior to my purchase in 2013 with 100 engine hours, now 3500. I have sailed her from Cape Town to The Caribbean and to the Eastern Mediterranean. She is South African registered and South African VAT paid. Having been built for the American Market, she is not CE certified.

She has been out of the water in May 2026 for antifouling, polishing, replacement of through deck hull fittings and gelcoat repairs. She is ready to go!  You Tube “endless summer after antifouling” shows 2 short videos of ES on the hard after antifouling and polishing.
