S/V Genia is a Tivat based 2018 Lagoon 450F For Sale By Owner. This owner requires financial settlement only. No trades.
I purchased Genia in 2020 and have been the sole skipper since then. Throughout this entire period, the boat has been handled consistently and responsibly, always by the same hands. My partner Patricia has been on board as cook and crew, which contributed greatly to an organized, careful, and well-maintained operation on board.
From 2020 onward, Genia cruised extensively throughout the Balearic Islands and the Grenadines. During this time, we occasionally welcomed guests on board in a manner comparable to private cruising among sailors — friends and visitors sharing passages and anchorages. This activity was conducted within a fully legal and professionally organized framework, but the boat was always operated as an owner-run vessel, not as a typical charter yacht.
The boat has therefore been actively used, but never intensively chartered, and always with a strong focus on preservation, reliability, and long-term durability.
Maintenance has been a top priority. Both main engines and the generator have been professionally serviced twice per year, without exception. The 20 HP outboard has received the same regular care. This consistent maintenance routine has ensured dependable performance and peace of mind at sea.
A comprehensive set of tools will remain on board for the next owner, together with an extensive inventory of spare parts, including water pumps, WC spare parts, and a new spare anchor windlass motor kept in stock. This level of preparation makes the boat particularly well suited for independent cruising.
Genia is fully equipped, well proven, and ready for an immediate offshore passage. She is start-ready for a direct crossing to wherever the next journey may lead.
